Changing Your Password by Web Mail

 Attention: Before changing your password, please close all Vietnamese software such as VNI, VPS, VietKey, etc because these software make your password typed incorrectly (e.g., e2 -> è).

1. Logon your mailbox as you normally would. You will see the figure 1 or 2 at the bottom-left corner of the screen as shown below. Click on the icon with a red circle.

2. Go to the bottom of the Options page. You will find the Password section located above the Recover Deleted Items. See Fig. 3 below. Then click on “Change Password” button.

3. Enter the following information in the boxes in the Fig. 4 below:

Domain: VNCC

Account: YourLogonName

Old password: TypeInYourCurrentPassword

New password: TypeInYourNewPassword

Confirm new password: Re-TypeYourNewPassword

 Please note that only password is case-sensitive. Your new password must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Not contain all or part of the user's account name

• Be at least six characters in length

• Contain characters from three of the following four categories:

  • English uppercase characters (A through Z)

  • English lowercase characters (a through z)

  • Base 10 digits (0 through 9)

  • Nonalphanumeric characters (e.g., !, $, #, %)
